Premium servers can save common staff replies, assign tickets to support staff with shared workload limits, and save giveaway templates that open in a review form before posting. Existing free claims and giveaway creation remain available.
Premium adds ticket departments with questions and opening hours, senior staff escalation, monthly satisfaction image cards, saved and scheduled welcome designs, combined giveaway requirements and detailed backup comparisons. Existing free ticket panels and giveaway requirements remain available.
Move and resize profile pictures, see changes in a live preview, and fit your welcome card around your own artwork. Still and animated profile pictures use the same saved position.
Premium servers can also choose a day, time and staff channel for a weekly support report, or send a report whenever they need one.
Premium servers can design welcome image cards, review support response times and satisfaction ratings, export reports, and save or restore core settings with a change preview and safety snapshot. Karvo uses the server nickname Karvo Premium while access is active.
Ticket ratings stay free and now accept optional written feedback. Existing free welcome messages, ticket tools and basic insights remain available.
Premium adds custom notification bodies, variables and per-provider embed titles and descriptions. Choose £4 monthly, £11.40 quarterly, £45.60 annually or £70 Lifetime for one server. All prices are before VAT; PayNow confirms applicable VAT and the final total at checkout. Quarterly and annual plans save 5% compared with monthly billing. Existing features remain free.
Ticket creation no longer grants Manage Messages unnecessarily. Premium access follows verified billing and expires per server; it is separate from Minecraft Karvo+.

Removed schema setup work from every PHP request, moved telemetry persistence off the user-facing response path where FastCGI is available, and reduced Owner Console database work to only the data required by the active page.
Karvo now keeps short-lived stale-while-revalidate caches for guild and module configuration, removing avoidable MySQL reads from most command and component interactions while still refreshing dashboard-originated changes quickly.
Static assets now use compression and long-lived cache headers, improving repeat page loads without removing any dynamic content or Control Centre functionality.
4 October 2026
Karvo now protects every Discord interaction with fast acknowledgement and a completion watchdog, preventing commands and buttons from being left indefinitely on “Karvo is thinking…”.
Poll votes, edits and closes now finish the user-facing interaction as soon as durable state is saved. Public poll refreshes, automation hooks and audit work continue without blocking the response.
MySQL and file-storage work now has bounded operation timeouts, while non-critical audit, usage, heartbeat and log-delivery work can no longer turn an otherwise successful command into a failed interaction.
No command names or permissions changed in this release, so existing servers do not need to reconfigure Karvo.
2 October 2026
Karvo now rotates its Discord activity between aggregate members served, guilds managed and karvobot.uk, refreshing automatically as the network changes.
The Discord application bio is now shorter and focused: moderation, support, automation and community management in one bot.
The member total is aggregate guild membership, so the same person can be counted more than once when they share multiple Karvo-managed servers.
2 October 2026
Karvo now applies its branded Discord display-name style to its own per-server profile when the bot starts and whenever it joins a new guild. The default uses Karvo's configured font/effect IDs and five-colour purple/cyan palette.
The styling is visual-only and non-blocking. Discord may render display-name styles differently across clients and surfaces, and users can disable Display Name Styles in their own Discord accessibility settings.
1 October 2026
Karvo now supports server-local birthdays with per-server announcement channels and upcoming birthday lists. Members register independently in each community using /birthday set.
Birthday posts use a standard Karvo embed. The earlier network-wide feed and automated birthday-wish DM/button design were removed before release.
Karvo retains only the day and month needed for birthday reminders. Birthdays are not aggregated across servers, and users can remove their local birthday at any time with /birthday unset.
Channel permission-overwrite updates now identify the affected role or member and show the exact named permission transitions between Neutral, Allow and Deny, instead of only reporting an overwrite target ID.

Karvo now includes native Live Pulse notifications for Twitch, YouTube and Kick, with shared provider polling, persistent stream-session de-duplication, Discord and Control Centre management, optional mentions, three Karvo presentation presets and announcement-channel crossposting.
The new Livestreams page uses Karvo's existing purple/cyan control language rather than copying another bot's dashboard. Existing watches can now be edited in place — provider/creator, destination channel, mention settings and presentation preset — without deleting and recreating them. Changing the watched creator resets only that watch's stream-session state so the new target can notify correctly. Custom notification message editing remains reserved for future Karvo Premium, but Premium billing and entitlements are not implemented in this release.
The Karvo in Action gallery was refreshed from the latest real Discord captures with cache-busting so stale screenshots are not retained by browsers. Livestream Notifications now includes its real Live Pulse test capture in the gallery, while the owner-only showcase helper and /help document the test flow and built-in presentation presets. Control Centre checkboxes now use custom Karvo angular sliding toggles with cut corners, an angular moving block and explicit ON/OFF states throughout dashboard settings. Ticket panel buttons also accept Unicode or Discord custom emojis with an in-editor live preview.
30 September 2026
Added the aggregate /community status and /community dashboard views, plus a compact Community Control Centre health summary that reads the existing Suggestions, Starboard, Counting, QOTD and engagement systems without creating replacement state.
The launch audit now verifies that community systems remain single-source implementations and normal UI does not reintroduce version-style feature labels such as Suggestions 2.0 or Starboard 2.0.
30 September 2026
Expanded the existing QOTD, Polls and Giveaways systems in place. QOTD gains pause/resume, queue/history/category controls and stronger no-repeat behaviour. Polls gain edit/list and dashboard management. Giveaways gain edit, pause/resume, cancel and winner/reroll history. New automation hooks cover QOTD posting, poll creation and giveaway creation/winner selection.
No parallel community systems or version badges were added.
29 September 2026
Karvo logging now uses Components V2 throughout, with richer member, message, role, channel, voice and server context. Permission changes show exact additions/removals and supported events identify the responsible user through Discord audit logs.
Recent message context can now persist across bot restarts, preventing delete/edit logs from losing content simply because Karvo restarted. History is bounded and configurable from 1 to 30 days.
27 September 2026
Counting now tracks contributors and reset history, supports configurable mistake behaviour and milestones, while XP/Levels and Reputation gain richer reward and reputation controls without introducing replacement systems.
Normal public and Control Centre UI now uses clean production feature names such as Suggestions and Starboard without version-style badges.
27 September 2026
Suggestions and Starboard now have richer moderation, eligibility and live-state controls while continuing to use their existing Karvo configuration and records. No duplicate v2 modules or replacement data stores were introduced.
Suggestion statuses, staff responses, optional anonymous submissions and threads; starboard self-star protection, ignored channels/roles, live count reconciliation; and new community automation triggers.
27 September 2026
Dashboard moderation and nickname actions now mirror the Discord permissions required by the bot, destructive staff actions have clearer confirmation steps, and web text handling no longer depends on PHP mbstring being installed.
The bot now includes a launch-audit command that checks global production command sync, duplicate slash commands and accidental runtime secret files before release.
27 September 2026
Counting reset and control confirmations now use a more distinctly Karvo Components V2 presentation with a compact KARVO // COUNTING header, technical cyan accent and separated state block instead of an embed-like error card.
Detailed counting status remains an embed where the richer multi-field layout is more useful.
27 September 2026
Karvo now has a shared Discord Components V2 presentation layer for compact system notices. Counting resets are the first live flow to use native containers and text displays instead of a full embed.
Karvo now deliberately uses Components V2 for lightweight event feedback while retaining embeds for detailed records, profiles, support panels and other information-heavy messages.
27 September 2026
Discord's stock iframe has been replaced by a fully native Karvo community console powered by Discord's official public widget JSON API. The hero now combines live server/member footprint, support-server online presence, member avatars/status and voice-room availability in the same angular Karvo control style.
27 September 2026
The public homepage now includes a themed Karvo Community section with the official Discord widget, a direct community invite, live server count and aggregate member count sourced from Karvo's existing runtime and guild registry data.
The Discord widget is wrapped in Karvo's purple/cyan interface rather than displayed as a raw iframe, with responsive presentation and a clear explanation of how the member total is calculated.
27 September 2026
The Custom Commands Edit action now opens an in-page editor immediately, preloads the existing command name and response, preserves the original name for safe renames, and provides a working Cancel edit action without relying on a page reload or query-string lookup.
27 September 2026
Fixed the underlying pointer-event rule that prevented the Saved Embeds Send to… channel picker from receiving clicks. The Karvo-styled text/announcement channel menu now opens and selects normally.
27 September 2026
The Saved Embeds Send to… control now uses a reliable Karvo-styled channel picker with explicit text/announcement channel choices and empty-cache guidance.
27 September 2026
Karvo now includes reusable embed templates in Discord and a full visual Embed Builder in the Control Centre, with live preview, author/media/footer controls, timestamps, up to 25 fields, link buttons, duplication and audited channel sends.
The new embeds module is enabled by default, `/help` and documentation include the builder, and saved dashboard sends are processed by the live Karvo bot.
27 September 2026
Counting reset messages are now deliberately concise: Karvo shows who reset the count and where it ended, then immediately shows the next valid number. Repeated reset fields, reason metadata and duplicate footer wording have been removed.
27 September 2026
Global slash-command registration is now Karvo's production default, keeping public App Directory installs on the correct application-command path. The Control Centre now refreshes Discord OAuth tokens and revalidates Manage Server access every five minutes.
Dashboard access fails closed if guild permissions cannot be freshly verified after the revalidation window, logout attempts OAuth token revocation, request-size limits and additional browser isolation headers are enabled, and destructive dashboard actions use clearer confirmations.
27 September 2026
Karvo now uses one shared public navigation bar across every public-facing page. The header has been simplified to Systems, Features, Docs, Status and Changelog, while Dashboard and Add Karvo remain focused actions.
Removed the duplicate Docs link and inconsistent page-specific headers. Privacy and Terms remain available from the site footer/legal routes without cluttering the primary navigation.
26 September 2026
Native Setup & Launch Check diagnostics in Discord and the Control Centre, including live permission, role-hierarchy and stale-configuration checks.
Karvo's least-privilege install set now includes Manage Nicknames for member-management tools without requesting Administrator. The dashboard adds onboarding guidance, secure no-store authenticated sessions and production-readiness documentation.
26 September 2026
Ticket panels, form definitions, automation rules and custom commands now have direct Edit actions in the Control Centre. Editors preload the current configuration, preserve stable IDs, and custom-command renames replace the original record instead of creating duplicates.
26 September 2026
Native Karvo verification panels with account-age, server-age and membership-screening requirements, plus cancellable bulk/reconciliation jobs and explicit role-menu disable controls.
Member profiles now surface verification state, deleted Discord roles are cleaned from automation references, and member/role actions remain tied into the shared audit trail.
26 September 2026
/ticket close now accepts an optional ticket ID so an orphaned open ticket record can be closed when its Discord channel was manually deleted. Saved transcript snapshots are preserved where available, and recovery closes keep the normal permission checks, audit trail, support logs and automation triggers.
26 September 2026
Private ticket channels now explicitly keep Karvo's own channel access when custom privacy overwrites are applied, fixing Discord API error 50001 Missing Access during ticket creation. Failed ticket initialisation also cleans itself up instead of leaving a broken open ticket.
26 September 2026
Conditional autoroles, current-member reconciliation, safe batched bulk role jobs, and eligibility-aware button/select role menus with account age, server age, screening and role-based requirements.
The Roles control-centre area now manages the full automation workflow, delayed autoroles re-check eligibility before applying, and role automation actions are covered by the shared audit trail.
26 September 2026
Dedicated staff member profiles, member history, editable private notes, nickname tools, and linked moderation, ticket, application, XP and reputation context.
The Members control-centre area is now a searchable profile directory. Member join, leave, role and nickname state is retained in profile history, and audit coverage was expanded for staff-note and flag changes.
26 September 2026
Introduced staff notes, flags, temporary roles, persistent roles, advanced autoroles and the first Members/Roles dashboard surfaces.
26 September 2026
Finalised the Forms & Applications line and cumulative 0.12.x fixes before the member-management milestone.
